I always found it difficult to meditate and sit still for a long time.
I have found another way of becoming centered. It only takes 5 minutes each day and every day you do another meditation.

The meditations are simple and only take 5 minutes every day. Breathing properly is an important part of it. And the fact that you can do a different meditation each day is very appealing to me too. It is never boring that way. 😀
